繳交資料：申請表、前五學期修課成績(含名次證明)、自傳、讀書及研究計畫、師長推薦函2封(表格請自系網頁下載)及其他有利審查之資料

Submission Documents:
Application form, academic transcript for the first five semesters (including class ranking certificate), autobiography, study and research plan, two letters of recommendation from faculty members (please download the form from the department website), and any other supporting documents that may be helpful for the review process.
